Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland Delivery

Over 500g - By Courier
All items over 500g (including packaging) are shipped by next day courier service (Fastway Couriers). All orders must be accompanied with at least one phone number (preferably a mobile number).

Under 500g - By Post
All items under 500g (including packaging) are shipped by An Post and priced according to weight. An Post delivers 85% of post the following day but we ask customers to allow 1 to 4 working days for delivery.

Prompt Delivery Policy
We endeavour to ship all products (received prior to 1PM) the same day so they are delivered the following day. If your order is urgent, please select 'Express Next Day Delivery' at 'Check Out' (Only ireland & Northern Ireland) - we will expedite your order by fast tracking it with Fastway couriers (€7.75 carriage cost total).


UK & EU (Outside Republic of Ireland) Delivery
We also welcome export orders from outside of Ireland. Standard delivery is normally within 3 to 5 working days.

Payments

By Credit Card
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

By Paypal
We accept orders through Paypal accounts although you may also use Paypal's secure service to pay by VISA or Mastercard if you don't have a Paypal account.

By Cheque
If you prefer to pay by cheque, that's ok! Just complete the order process, selecting 'Pay By Cheque' as your payment method, print out the order on completion, and post the order with a cheque made payable to 'CosyHomeStore Ltd'.
